The minute Rize can't see
Rize measures presence in apps: its AI-efficiency dashboard reports how long your team spent inside Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor. Presence is not labor. Two hours in a Claude window could be fifteen hands-on minutes and an agent grinding through the rest, and Rize has no signal to tell those apart, no agent event feed, and no capture to verify any of it. Its no-screenshots pledge also means the record is unverifiable for billing or compliance.
